Official Terms and Conditions

1. THE PROMOTION
Promotion is conducted and sponsored by 500Dollars.net and will run throughout the various times as posted on the 500Dollars.net website ("500Dollars.net"). Each promotion will run for a pre-determined time period as specified at www.500Dollars.net. The Sponsor may conduct subsequent promotions which will begin at a pre-determined date after the completion of the prior promotion.

2. HOW TO ENTER - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Prospective contestants may enter the Promotion by registering online at www.500Dollars.net. Contestant finalists ("Finalists") will be randomly selected from all registered members. There is no purchase necessary to register and/or to become a contestant.

3. PARTICIPATION
The Promotion is open all persons 13 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families and household members of employees of 500Dollars.net, its advertising and promotional agencies and anyone involved in this promotion's production, development or handling are not eligible. This promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

4. PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded throughout the Promotional Period and will consist of $500 (Company check made payable to the Winner or wire transfer). No changes or substitutions. All federal, state and local taxes for receipt of any prize are sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except with Sponsor's permission or where required by law.

The Promotion Sponsor(s) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize and disclaim any implied warranty. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this promotion should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, or submission of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

6. LIABILITY OF SPONSOR
No transfer, assignment, or substitution of prizes is permitted. Participants agree (for themselves and their heirs) that Sponsor will have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in this Promotion, or by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of Sponsor. Winners consent to the use of their names and/or likenesses, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. HOW TO WIN
During the Promotional Period, Sponsor will tabulate all eligible votes for each Finalist. The Finalist with the most eligible votes received during the Promotional Period will be determined the winner.

Immediately after the conclusion of the Promotional Period, representatives of the Promotion Sponsor will begin notifying the Winner via the contact information provided at www.500Dollars.net. Promotion Sponsor will make a minimum of six (6) attempts to contact the Winner over a three (3) day period. If the Winner cannot be contacted within the allotted time, they are no longer eligible to win the prize for which they've qualified and, in such event, the Promotion Sponsor reserves the right to select the Finalist with the second highest eligible vote total during the Promotional Period as the winner of this previously forfeited prize. At such time, a representative of the Promotion Sponsor shall attempt to contact the revised Winner in accordance with the aforementioned contact procedures who shall be subject to disqualification in the same manner.

Before being declared a winner, the designated contestant will be required to sign and return within 3 business days after delivery, a standard Promotion declaration and release form, confirming acceptance and compliance with the Promotion rules, acceptance of the prize as offered and a release acknowledging the non-responsibility of Promotion Sponsor, its divisions, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective directors, officers and agents in respect of injuries, accidents, loss or misfortune related to the conduct of the Promotion, awarding of any prize and use and enjoyment of the awarded prize and consenting to the use of the entrant's name, address, image, photograph and statements without right of review or compensation unless prohibited by law.

8. PRIVACY
Personal information about Promotional Participants collected in connection with this promotion is collected solely for the purpose of administering this and future Promotions and is subject to the terms of the respective Promotional Sponsor's privacy policies. No personal information will be shared or sold to any third parties.

9. ACCEPTANCE
By entering the Promotion, all contestants agree to abide by these rules and acknowledge that all selections and awards are final.

10. ANNOUNCEMENTS
In addition to being contacted directly via the contact information provided at www.500Dollars.net, the Winner's photo, first name, city and state, or province and country of residence will be posted at www.500Dollars.net for public display.
